Research and development

We specialize in advanced Research and Development initiatives focused on corrosion science and engineering. Using techniques such as potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), we measure the corrosion rates and electrochemical behavior of materials in different environments.  We simulate accelerated corrosion conditions to evaluate how materials perform over time. This includes salt spray testing, cyclic corrosion testing, and other methods that expose materials to extreme conditions.

Our corrosion products characterization services utilize advanced analytical techniques such as Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy (STEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES), and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). By employing these sophisticated methods, we provide a detailed understanding of the composition, structure, and behavior of corrosion products. 

MATERIALS FAILURE ANALYSIS

We offer comprehensive materials testing services designed to assess critical properties essential for structural integrity and performance. Our expertise includes testing for stress corrosion cracking susceptibility, evaluating material toughness, and analyzing fracture modes. These assessments are crucial for ensuring that materials meet the quality and safety standards. 

Soil Testing

Our soil testing services encompass comprehensive chemical analysis and precise resistivity measurements. We meticulously analyze soil samples to assess chemical composition and other crucial factors. Our resistivity measurements gauge the electrical conductivity of soil, ensuring it meets stringent industry standards.  

Water Testing

We provide thorough analysis to ensure water quality meets industry standards. We conduct detailed assessments of chemical composition, including pH, dissolved oxygen, and the presence of corrosive ions. Our testing also evaluates physical characteristics and contaminant levels.
